It’s because that the business can operate all day and night, Whereas other businesses that do not use E business usually close by night time.

One of the advantages would be that it would be cheaper for businesses to sell their product. Another advantage would be that theft would no longer be a problem. Now that you can just work at home, it would not be necessary to have a store that can be robbed. Disadvantages of E businesses would be that the buyer wouldn’t know what he/she would be getting until they purchase it. So there is a risk of getting scammed.
